Sayyid Ashraf Ali Khan (1770 CE) was the eleventh Nawab of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa and the fourth of the Najafi dynasty. The son of Mir Jafar and Rahat-un-Nisa, he was adopted and reared by his aunt Nafisat-un-Nisa (Majhli Begum).
He ascended the throne on 21 March, 1770 and died a mere three days later on 24 March, 1770 of smallpox. He was succeeded by his brother Mubaraq Ali Khan.[1]
